Educational Industrial Visit to Sanchi Milk Industry, Ujjain

Students of Classes IX, X, XI, and XII had the opportunity to visit the Sanchi Milk Industry in Ujjain on April 21, 2025. The industrial visit was organized with the objective of giving students practical exposure to dairy processing and the operational dynamics of the dairy industry.

During the visit, students observed the complete milk processing cycle, which included milk collection, quality testing, pasteurization, packaging, and final dispatch. The technical staff at Sanchi provided detailed insights into the technologies employed, stringent quality control protocols, and the industry’s crucial role in empowering local dairy farmers.

This real-world experience allowed students to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industrial applications, enhancing their understanding of food technology, supply chain management, and sustainability in agriculture.
